Drew from Pet Express is out and about again! Here he is with Nio, one of Canine Companions for Independence‘s finest graduates last night at their event in San Francisco.

We are lucky to transport CCI puppies about twice a week at Pet Express, and it’s fantastic to see the amazing dogs they grow into!
This dog is a forever friend, assisting guide and companion – a gifted, talented and highly skilled, loving animal.

Paul, David, and Drew from our team learned so much and made many friends at CCI at last night’s event and we look forward to continuing our work together to move these highly trained animals across the nation.

The custom clearance for my pet dog and the transport to my home was done efficiently and with a lot of love and care for my pet. He was given food and water on arrival at the airport from India. The huge custom made crate was brought into the garage . I was delighted to see him happy , healthy and full of energy.

We had to relocate our three cats from Hoboken, NJ, on East Coast of the USA to Sydney, Australia during the pandemic.We used Pet Express for their relocation and we are so glad we selected this company.We were very anxious about them undertaking such a long and stressful travel, confined in crates, particularly for the two older cats as they are over 10 years old and extremely skittish. We had many worries and queries. Karen from Pet Express addressed all our issues promptly with patience and attention. Pet importation to Australia is not an easy feat due to the very strict rules and the long and complicated procedures.Before their departure, Pet express liaised not only with us but also with our local veterinarian in Hoboken.Due to Covid-19 the first scheduled flight was cancelled so instead of leaving from the nearest airport, Newark, about 15 minutes from our domicile for a direct flight, they had to go to JFK, more than 1 hour’s drive to fly to Los Angeles via Seattle.In Los Angeles, the cats had to spend few days at the Pet Express cattery to get their final treatments and checkups of a vet, and to have the last paperwork endorsed by the USDA, prior to their flight to Melbourne where the Australian Government Quarantine Facility is located.During their stay there in Los Angeles, housed in cleverly designed pods, we received regular updates and photos of the cats from the staff at the Pet Express cattery. Receiving updates and seeing the cats was very reassuring. A special thanks to Sean.Pet Express delivered our three cats to the airport on schedule for their international travel to Melbourne. Karen advised us as soon as the flight landed safely there and gave us the final information regarding the Melbourne Quarantine Facility discharge process.The three cats are now settling in their new home.The whole Pet Express team made that relocation a success and we are very grateful. Karen's service in particular was exceptional. She was very dedicated, professional, reliable, sincere, knowledgeable and caring too.

Pet express were so wonderful in getting my fur baby from LA to Aus. Karen especially went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend if you need to relocate your animal to use pet express- worth every dollar for the peace of mind. Pet Express helped transport our elderly Cocker Spaniel Cookie, from Folsom, Ca to Melbourne, Australia in Feb/March 2021. The entire team did a fantastic job getting us from start to finish. They ensured our pet had gone to her vet check ups, including helping to schedule some of them, with consistent follow ups. They provided The pets travel plan in advance with granular detail and answered all my questions with care. The team picked up our pet from our house and kept and cared for her while sending pictures and communicating with us the whole time ensuring us she was well while she was in their care for a couple of days before her flight. We also got a photo from her layover in Singapore. She arrived safely in Melbourne in March and we were overjoyed to be reunited with her. And to top it all off the team pulled this off despite limited flights and travel due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I am ever thankful to the entire Pet-express team including Amanda, Kristen and Bob who helped ensure Cookie made it to her family safely. Sadly Cookie passed away in August and though we are heartbroken, we are also ever so glad that she was able to spend her last few months with us. I highly recommend Per Express for your pets transport. They made a what could be a very stressful moving task into a relatively easy one.

So grateful for all the help from Pet Express, after 18 long months apart, I have my Wolfie in Australia and we're both so happy. Pet Express made the whole process smooth and easy and relieved so much stress/confusion. Would recommend!!

We are so happy we went with Pet Express to move our dog from the US to Australia. They went above and beyond to get him home to us as soon as possible - during a pandemic!! They were communicative, professional and so helpful. There were other pet companies who didn't even try to help us with our breed (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) and Pet Express not only helped, but they gave options. We can't thank them enough and would 100% use them again.

We want to thank the team at Pet Express (and their partners) for their outstanding service over the past 7 months. It has been the most stressful time of not only trying to get ourselves into Australia but Ursula as well. Pet Express was there every step of the way providing guidance, timelines, import regulatory requirements, coordinating all transportation and flights and just listening to our concerns. I know they earned their money with the limited flights allowed into Australia and even with further reductions in the final days. Ursula had her big adventure before heading down under. She visited NYC before she hung out with the LA team for a few days. Then she had her big trip to Singapore where she was able to get off the plane for a few hours to stretch her legs before heading to Melbourne. After she was well rested, got over from jet lag, she finally made her trip to Perth where we were reunited after 15 or so days. After a days rest we finally made it down south to our new home! I think she is going to settle in just fine (us too)!!We can’t thank Pet Express enough and highly recommend them. We’ll worth the money!

Scott, Simone and the Pet Express team could not have been more helpful in relocating our dog Vespa from San Diego, California to Perth, Western Australia. They took care of everything from preparing his vet schedule for all the treatments and tests needed to bring a dog into Australia, arranging transport from San Diego to Los Angeles, his flight from LA to Melbourne for his 10 day 'holiday' in quaratine, and finally his flight across to Perth (including home delivery!). They kept us informed of his well being every step of the way and after his long journey our mutt was delivered back to us in great shape. Thanks again to the Pet Express crew, if you're moving a pet, you're in good hands with this team.

I would to thank each and every team member who helped bring my princess home safe! Simone and her team were incredible! They were in contact with me throughout the whole 7 months of preparation before my Nala could travel from LA to Melbourne. I asked a million questions over and over again to make sure everything goes safely and they were never bothered or upset. On the contrary, they were so happy to explain everything to me! When Nala was staying with them before her flight, they kept on sending me photos of her which kept me calm and relaxed. It's worth every penny! Thank you again!

It's a big decision to move one's beloved pet across the globe. It's a also a big move for the pet! I cannot fault Pet Express in their assistance to help move our dog back home (Australia) from the US from the very first time I contacted them for a quote, until I picked my dog up from the airport. They were extremely responsive - and patient - in answering all my questions throughout. Importantly, they were very knowledgeable about the intricacies of Australian quarantine and import laws, and provided a timeline and checklist to ensure everything was done correctly and on time. And perhaps best of all, as my dog travelled across country, they provided me multiple updates, emails and photos. (Not that cost is the driving factor when looking after a family member, but they were also very competitive on price.) My dog arrived home after her stint in Quarantine (who, unlike Pet Express, does not give regular updates) happy and healthy. We give Pet Express five barks!

A+ service from beginning to end. When I received word that I would be transferring to Australia from the US East Coast, our family already knew our dog would be joining us, after all she is part of the family. Anyway, I had heard the horror stories with regards to the importing of dogs into Australia and how intense the process is and how precise you must be. I had done my homework and knew I could cover a lot of it but there were certainly aspects that I would need assistance. I contacted a number of pet travel services out there and after some research, emails and even a phone call or two, my mind was set on Pet Express. From the moment I spoke to John Manning, I knew he was our guy. He made me feel at ease and that there were "no worries". He provided a very detailed schedule of exactly what needed to happen with regards to vet appointments on my side. We were spot on, they booked the quarantine dates, booked the travel, arranged for airport transfers, everything! From the time Delilah (our black lab) was picked up, we had daily reports and photos all the way until she arrived at quarantine. Even during quarantine they would receive updates and pass them on so I knew how she was doing. Our Delilah made it to us safe and sound, happy as could be and all EXACTLY as was scheduled months earlier. Such amazing customer service from John, Simone, Mia and their Australian sister company, JetPets. Great job team.....we will certainly be reaching out for your assistance in a few short years when we return to the states.

We recently moved to Australia from NY and when researching the process to ship our dog it seemed quite daunting. But then we found Pet Express. Right from the start they were very helpful and made the entire process an easy one. From the start, Scott and Tisha went above and beyond with all their help and support. When we first inquired about the transport process, Scott called me to answer all my questions. Tisha would always promptly follow up with any of my questions. She checked in on me during as I was preparing my dog for his epic journey. Once we got to Australia Scott was such a helpful point of contact. He keep me up to date with my dog and when he would arrive. Scott continued to answer all my questions while my dog was in quarantine. Scott even checked up on my dog after he arrived home! Every Pet Express employee we encountered during this undertaking cared about the well being of my dog. It was nice and comforting to get photos and written updates on my dog’s wellbeing. If anyone is planning to ship their animal overseas definitely give Pet Express a call!
