• We will meet you at our Los Angeles or San Francisco office to assist with the final stages of Buster for his flight to Australia. We might have some options for the Denver to California sector down the track.
• Overnight complimentary boarding
• IATA approved travel crate including our deluxe Stay Dry Fleece
• International Airfares and airline booking fees to Melbourne airport on Qantas Airways
• Overseas flight from Melbourne to Alice Springs
• RNATT endorsement and Import permit
• 10 Days Quarantine booked and paid for.
• USDA General Health Certificate
• USDA approved Veterinary Health Check
• Protocol Requirements (see below)

Your quotation excludes the following:

• The below Vetwork / Protocols. Pet Express will guide you through this process to ensure a stress-free relocation for Buster.

I have allocated Buster with the below crate/s. Buster must be able to sit up straight with at least a 2" head clearance and have at least a 6" clearance in length. If the quoted crate size is a concern to you, please let me know.

At Pet Express we provide the full array of services to ensure your pet(s) will arrive safely at their destination. When comparing quotes, it will be important to understand what services are included or excluded.  Each port has specific requirements; airline and customs fees can be expensive and many destinations require a broker or agent to ensure your pet is not delayed upon arrival. Your Pet Express quote will indicate whether or not arrival fees and delivery is included at the destination. 

A major component of the price is the cost of airfare. Airfare is based on the size, weight and volume of your pet's crate. We have listed the dimensions and size crate we intend to use based on your pet's breed and other information you provided during the quote process. We make sure that your pet is placed in a crate that is sized so that your pet is comfortable during travel and can stand up, turn around and fully lie down.

Conditions

This quotation is valid for 30 days and is based on services being completed on Monday-Friday between 7:00am to 5:00pm, outside of these hours surcharges may apply.

To secure your booking, either a $750 non-refundable deposit or 20% of booking value, whichever is greater, is required. We can then begin making arrangements for your pet's move. This will be due 21 days prior to your pet's scheduled departure. For bookings requiring quarantine, a progress payment is taken to cover quarantine at the time of application.

We require a minimum of 21 days notice to organize this relocation to meet airline and government requirements.
